Well, if you google it, there are alot of options that everyone tried, that don't work.
But I found one that does work.
Quilting Tacks (the twisty kind) from Hobby Lobby. Slightly over priced at $3.59 for 10, but they work.
Get two packages, and carefully screw them into the ceiling, start with about every 18 inches. So you can evenly get the ceiling up.
The result is a quilted looking ceiling, but atleast you can see out your window, and it's not touching your head!
Be careful when you screw them in though, because the ceiling is quite brittle, if you have to unscrew them, you will need to move it over about 2 inches.
